Making its much-anticipated return to Double Bay on Friday 29th August 2025 - Mon Cherie is a re-imagined monthly experience on a Friday that redefines the rhythm of Sydney nights with festive dining, live performances, and a seamless transition into an evening of refined celebration and vibrant connection. Mon Cherie is more than just a night out - it’s an elegant collision of good taste, great energy, and curated culture. From soulful R&B notes to fresh, feel-good sounds, the music sets the tone for an immersive evening that evolves with you. The night begins at 7:00 PM with an indulgent Festive Dinner Experience, where guests are treated to live entertainment - Sydney's King of R & B, Mike Champion, refined cuisine, and a warm, magnetic atmosphere. As the evening unfolds, Mon Cherie transforms into a vibrant lounge setting, where Sydney’s most dynamic DJs and performers keep the energy flowing late into the night. Dinner is $109 for a bottomless package. We have limited seating, so grab your friends, book a table for dinner and stay for dancing.

Tickets include reserved seating, 1.5 hrs of bottomless drinks and access to the dancefloor after dinner.

Bottomless drinks start strictly at 7pm until 9:30pm for all bookings, so we suggest arriving at 7pm to make the most of the package. Drinks not included in the package can be ordered and paid for on the night and after the package finishes.

There is a 10% service charge on all reservations of 8 or more guests which will be payable on the night.

NB: If your party has not arrived or called via phone within 15 minutes after your reservation time, Gitano reserves the right to mark your reservation as a no-show.

We encourage group bookings to be made by one group member, to ensure you are seated together.

To book a VIP booth for bottle service in the nightclub upstairs from 10:00pm we offer packages starting from a minimum spend of $1000 plus 10% service fee on Friday for either the dance floor tables, or VIP tables behind the DJ booth.

Please note, each of our tables are fit for groups of up to 10 guests. For bookings over 10 guests, our bookings team will discuss options with you to ensure your group can be accommodated. All table bookings are inclusive of a designated waitress and mixers, as well as complimentary entry for the number of guests that is discussed with our bookings team.

To secure the reservation we require that you fill out and submit the booking confirmation form below along with your complete guest list with first and last names of all guests before we can confirm for you, as well as a 10% deposit. If you need to update the list closer to the date you are welcome to do so.

We only have a limited amount of tables available, so please book early.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL BOOKINGS

  • It is suggested that all group bookings arrive together to ensure smooth entry for your booking as a group.
  • Gitano aims to attract well dressed and presented patrons. Entry will not be given to patrons who are poorly groomed.
  • The ratio of any booking or group wishing to gain entry to Gitano must be at least 50% female, unless approved with a guest list prior.
  • Entry is always at the discretion of the door host and security on the night and time of entry.
  • The management, security and door staff aim primarily to ensure the safety and enjoyment of its members, patrons and staff in the venue during all hours of operation. Gitano respectfully requests that anyone who wishes to attend the club will respect this. Any person(s) threatening staff or acting in a manner that may be deemed as offensive or aggressive will be asked to leave the premises, venue or area, and will be escorted away by security and if required, police will also be notified if necessary.
